At CustomizePrinting.store, we value your satisfaction and are committed to delivering high-quality custom and ready-made products. Please review our return and refund policies below, which differ based on the type of product ordered.
π οΈ 1. Custom Printed Products (Made-to-Order)
Products made with customer-demanded or personalized printing (e.g. custom names, logos, designs) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
This includes:
- T-shirts, mugs, or uniforms with your provided design
- Bulk orders with personalized printing
- Any items printed on request
π Note: Please double-check your size, design, and spelling before placing a custom order. We do not accept returns for errors once printing is complete.
π¦ 2. Ready-Made Products (Standard Designs)
For all standard, pre-designed items, we do offer returns and exchanges under the following terms:
β Return & Refund:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- A 15% deduction will be applied to the refund amount as restocking/handling fee.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days after inspection.
π Exchange:
- Size and color variation exchanges are allowed for available stock.
- Buyer will bear shipping charges for exchange delivery (unless the product was defective or incorrectly sent).
πΈ Additional Offer:
If the customer agrees to purchase a different product instead of a refund, weβll offer an additional 10% discount on the new item.
βImportant Notes:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging for returns or exchanges.

- No return/exchange will be accepted without prior approval.
